1. What technology is used for sanitisation (UV / Ozone / Heat / etc.)
HelmX operates on a 3-stage, 6-minute sanitisation cycle combining UV-C light, hot air circulation, specialised sanitiser fog, and dry heat technology. The process begins with UV-C light and hot air, followed by a deep-penetrating sanitiser fog, and ends with dry hot air to remove internal moisture. UV-C light remains active throughout the entire 6-minute cycle to ensure continuous disinfection
2. Does it kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi?
Yes. Our sanitisation system uses a lab-tested disinfectant, certified by TCRC Inspection & Testing Company. Laboratory reports confirm that tested bacteria and viruses were found to be absent after treatment, validating the effectiveness of our sanitisation process.
3. How many helmets can be sanitised at one time?
Currently, HelmX is available in a single-chamber model, designed to sanitise one helmet per cycle for thorough and effective treatment. A 2-chamber commercial model is presently under R&D and will be released after successful testing. Additionally, a water-based helmet cleaning model is also under development.
4. What is the power consumption of the machine?
The machine operates at a maximum power rating of 1500 Watts (1.5 kW) and runs on a 230V single-phase power supply
5. What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
We provide a 1-Year free warranty covering the machine against manufacturing defects. After the first year, paid warranty and service support options are available to ensure continued smooth and reliable operation.
